CoManage TrueSource 4.0 introduces a dramatic improvement in the ability of telecommunications carriers to manage the quality, accuracy and consistency of data used in operations. TrueSource has been selected by AT& T Wireless, British Telecom, Sprint and Verizon to manage the data integrity in their Operations Support Systems. TrueSource 4.0, launched in June 2003, is the major new version of the TrueSource solution that improves OSS data integrity by reconciling inventory systems and other OSS databases with the network itself. TrueSource 4.0 introduces the industry’s first Discrepancy Analytics engine, which analyzes the complex patterns of data inaccuracies to dramatically reduce the amount of time spent on maintaining data integrity. TrueSource is pre-integrated with carrier inventory systems and other OSS databases and systems from leading solution providers.  The system improves service provisioning success rates, accelerates problem resolution, recovers stranded assets and capacity and reduces revenue leakage.  The result is lower costs and higher service profitability.
