LumenVox’s Speech Driven Information System (SDIS) v4.0 is an intuitive GUI toolkit that allows companies to design, develop and deploy almost any speech driven application. Acting as a natural extension of any current phone system, LumenVox’s SDIS can tie into CTI applications in order to access information for the caller or display “screen pops” containing the caller’s data to a live representative. Now supporting both English and Spanish, the SDIS speech system enhances companies’ communications and provides round-the-clock internal and external telephone support via speech.

Extending the functionality of the SDIS, LumenVox’s Custom Action DLLs allow applications to bridge calls, dial outbound and connect with any database. Furthermore, users now have the option of writing Custom Action DLLs in either C/C++ or with the new GUI-based Visual Basic Scripting tool: The Adaptive Scripting Extension System.  LumenVox has also extended their Intel Dialogic card support to include digital JCT and DMV series cards. Additional SDIS features include Client/Server functionality to support distributed architecture and quality scalability, as well as the ability to export a call flow to a VoiceXML file.
