With the help of proven, secure IT technology, Intelligent Services connects instruments to Agilent customer support centers. At these centers, experts offer proactive technical support that is aimed at resolving problems before they adversely impact lab productivity.

Intelligent Services include innovative features like – Push for Help, Real-time Collaboration and Asset Report and Notification.

The "Push for Help" service features single-button requests for assistance. Once this feature is activated, Agilent service engineers will be able to remotely detect the status of the system before a response is provided.

The "Real-time Collaboration", with lab permission, enables Agilent engineers to start an ultra-secure remote desktop sharing session to offer advanced diagnostics. This feature enables instant, remote problem resolution.

The "Asset Report and Notification" offers on-demand access to information and tools. With the help of these tools, lab managers can optimize instrument utilization and lab productivity. The Intelligent Services Asset Report also offers a detailed inventory list and snapshot of real-time instrument usage and utilization. This information will allow managers to plan efficient laboratory operations. In addition to this, the Notification feature enables laboratories to minimize system downtime by proactively alerting users through SMS-text or e-mail notification. These alerts are provided whenever maintenance thresholds are reached, or when the instrument needs user interaction.
