Bluewolf, an on-demand consulting firm, has announced the opening of two additional Training Centers (ATC) in Boston and Philadelphia. Bluewolf plans to staff these new centers with salesforce.com Authorized Instructors to deliver salesforce.com public training courses.

All courses will be offered to salesforce.com customers, partners and developers. The successful launch of the initial Authorized Training Center in New York City in August of 2007 has spurred on the expansion of the Bluewolf training centers to meet customer demand in Boston and Philadelphia.

Bluewolf boasts extensive experience with on-demand applications. A salesforce.com partner since 2000, the company is proficient in implementing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) and Platform-as-a-Service solutions for more than 1,000 salesforce.com customers.

"Customers are adopting salesforce.com's CRM applications and Force.com Platform in record numbers, and there is significant demand in Boston and Philadelphia for these training centers," said Eric Kelleher, vice president, Global Education Services, salesforce.com, in a Friday statement.

"Salesforce.com (News - Alert) is working with Bluewolf to expand our training and education services to drive customer adoption and best practices. Our long-standing partnership with Bluewolf and their track record of customer success makes them an ideal partner to roll out these new Authorized Training Centers."

Eric Berridge, principal and co-founder of Bluewolf added in Friday’s statement, "At the Authorized Training Centers, we offer courses to help organizations' maximize their investment in salesforce.com, by empowering users with the knowledge they need to get the most from Salesforce CRM applications, the Force.com Platform and the AppExchange.”

“These public courses round out our portfolio of classroom and online courses to serve users, administrators, managers and developers," Berridge added.

The Bluewolf Authorized Training Center offers instructors that are fully trained and certified by salesforce.com. In addition, salesforce.com produces and maintains all curriculum supporting these publicly offered courses.

Classes within the training center are already underway. Bluewolf will offer the following salesforce.com classes in Boston and Philadelphia: ADM-201 Salesforce: Administration Essentials (Enterprise and Unlimited Editions); ADM-202 Salesforce: Administration Essentials (Enterprise Professional Edition); ADM-301 Salesforce: Advanced Administration (Enterprise and Unlimited Editions); FDC-320 Force.com: Application Laboratory; FDC-210 Force.com: Migrating Data; FDC-261: Force.com: Extending Applications Using S-Controls; and PRN-201 Salesforce: Administration Essentials for Partners.

Bluewolf certainly has extensive experience in salesforce.com offerings and its long-term partnership with the company puts it in a prime position to offer such training facilities.

The opening of these centers will help to better position the Bluewolf brand, while also helping to drive adoption for salesforce.com solutions. Given the increased demand for on-demand solutions, it is likely that Bluewolf will continue to open training centers as the need will continue to grow.
