Altura Buys Avaya Business Unit of NetVersant

Altura Communication Solutions, an Avaya Platinum-level certified BusinessPartner and nationwide provider of converged voice and data communication solutions and services, announced that it has acquired the Avaya Business Unit of NetVersant Solutions.
Headquartered in Everett, Washington, NetVersant Solutions provided Avaya solutions and support services focusing on Fortune 1000, education, healthcare and government market sectors throughout the U.S. The acquisition is complementary to Altura Communication Solutions' go-to-market strategy allowing Altura to expand its service and support footprint in reaching more Avaya customers.
