GN Netcom Launches USB Headset Compatible with Cisco IP Communicator

GN Netcom, a provider of innovative headset solutions, has announced that its Jabra (News - Alert) GN2000 USB headset is now compatible with Cisco IP Communicator (CIPC).
According to the company, the GN2000 CIPC USB is designed to deliver true wideband audio quality via PC. Its meets diverse customer needs, serving as a supplemental telephone when travelling or as a telecommuting device when used with Cisco (News - Alert) IP Communicator.
"The GN2000 CIPC USB is the first in a line of Jabra headsets that will be compatible with Cisco IP Communicator," said Chris Briglin, VP Strategic Alliances, GN Netcom (News - Alert), in a release. "The integration of Jabra headsets with Cisco IP Communicator is important as it assures end users plug-and-play simplicity and a true wideband audio experience."
GN2000 CIPC USB offers wideband audio quality and is an ideal headset for busy and noisy environments. It ensures exceptional sound quality on every call and delivers clearer conversations and enhanced productivity.
According to the company, GN2000 Series has been designed with durability in mind. It offers plug-and-play capability, making the headset simple to install and easy-to-use. Users can easily connect the headset to a PC via the USB port and the in-line controls allow you to answer/end calls and adjust the audio volume.
